    Description

    Amazing horse racing history estate find in vintage tarnished condition. Trophy could be cleaned (if desired) by its new owner. Trophy is marked 'Metropolitan Handicap 1974' with Sheridan silverplate marks on bottom. Nine inches tall by 8.5 inches wide at top.
    The winner of the Met Mile in 1974 was Arbees Boy out of Otly Stable, trained by George Weckerle and ridden by Eddie Maple.
