It measures 13" x 10-1/2". It is an MLB endorsed product done by PHOTO FILE, 2005. See photo for details and collage.
The photo is in a hard plastic sleeve and can be removed if you would like. Plaque states:  BUSCH STADIUM 1966 - 2006
I spotted a 3/8" long scratch on back edge of plaque...not viewable from the front. Plaque has a slot cut-out in the back for wall hanging.
